Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026.
Invite Street is run by Mirren Lane LLC (“we”, “us”). It lets you design an invitation, open a page for your gathering, send the card to your guests by email or text, and collect their replies. By using Invite Street you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 to host and send invitations, and at least 13 to make an account or reply with an email address.
- Invite Street is not directed to children under 13. A parent or host may add a child’s name to a guest list; children never get their own accounts or messages.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
- Replying to an invitation with an email address creates an Invite Street account for that address, which you can sign into with a code we email you.
Using Invite Street
- Your event is yours. The words, photos and guest lists you bring stay your property. You let us store, display and send them only to run your event: to show your page to the people you invite and deliver your messages.
- Send only to people who expect to hear from you. Invite Street is for invitations to your own gatherings, not bulk mail, marketing, harassment or anything unlawful. Only add a mobile number when that guest has agreed to get texts. Accounts have daily sending limits, and accounts used to spam or mislead may be suspended or closed.
- Bring only what you may share. Upload only photos and words you have the right to use, and don’t share guests’ information beyond the event.
- Registry links. As an Amazon Associate, Invite Street earns from qualifying purchases made through Amazon registry links on event pages, at no cost to guests.
- Card designs stay on Invite Street. They are ours, or licensed to us, and licensed to you for the invitations you send here.
Price
Designing is free, and sending is free while Invite Street is in private alpha. If we start charging, you will see the price before you send anything, and nothing you sent while it was free will be charged.
SMS Terms
A host may send an invitation, an RSVP reminder or an update about the same event by text message through Invite Street, to guests whose consent is on record. Message frequency varies by event and is usually one to three messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of Invite Street texts; reply HELP for help, or write to hello@invitestreet.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If something goes wrong
- Invite Street is offered as it is, while it grows. We work to keep it running and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or that every email or text will be delivered, since that also depends on email providers and phone carriers.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it or $50.
- You can stop using Invite Street at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
